Sustaining Giver
Become a Sustaining Giver
Lasting change starts with you!

Early Childhood Trauma is everywhere and can impact lives for generations. But we know how to heal hearts and build resilience. We also know that there are no “one and done” solutions. Creating relationships, supporting self-regulation and becoming trauma-responsive takes time. ATN’s Sustaining Givers understand the importance of walking alongside those impacted by trauma.
Why Give Monthly
Free for Families.
Supporting families has always been the foundation of ATN. As a Sustaining Giver you’ll be providing trauma-informed, attachment-focused, resilience-building services, resources and support to families of children healing from developmental trauma…people who need it most!
On-Going Impact in Schools.
Your monthly donation empowers educators and their students throughout the school year. Each year over 2,000 teachers are trained through our Creating Trauma-Sensitive Schools Conference in February As a Sustaining Giver, you’ll be providing ongoing support, training and resources beyond the conference to meet mental health and social emotional needs of students!
Cost-Effective Giving
Monthly giving means low administration costs, which means more of your money goes to where it’s needed most: reducing the impact of trauma on children!
Your Donation
Families – Sustaining Givers keep the services, support and resources free of charge to caregivers of children impacted by trauma. From our online support groups to educational materials and our resource directory, monthly donations allow us to serve over 10,000 families each year.
Schools – Sustaining Givers support the on-going development of trauma-responsive educational materials and teacher wellness programming beyond our annual conference.
Communities – the generosity of Sustaining Givers allows ATN’s program staff to say “yes” when asked to teach trauma-informed, attachment-focused strategies to so many in the community. This year alone we’ve presented to child welfare staff, church groups, after-school programs, peer counselors and adoption professionals.
Becoming an ATN Sustaining Giver has Benefits
- Quarterly updates on the families, schools and communities your donations have impacted.
- Exclusive welcome kit just for Sustaining Givers
- You’re in control…Each donation is automatically transferred on the date you’ve chosen and your recurring gifts have a huge impact on the children we serve. It’s easy to manage and change your gift at any time.
One traumatized child alone has a very small voice. One family who loves that child can make a huge difference for that child, but their voice is pretty small. But if many of us give, we can magnify that voice. Together we’re holding up a giant megaphone to help the world know what traumatized children and their families need.
