Resource Directory

Connecting those impacted by trauma with resources

Made possible by the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation

This Directory is designed to help parents/caregivers and other adults find resources for children, as well as youth, teens, and adults, who have been impacted by trauma and have attachment challenges. We thank the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation for their generous funding of ATN’s Resource Directory.

We have attempted to make this directory both simple to use and powerful. You can search by keywords, locations, categories, featured topics OR hit go and on the next page look for advanced filters for an even more customized search. Watch the video below for a quick tour.

If you get lost or need to start over you can at any time go back to the home page by either hitting home or back button depending on your device.

  2. Specific issues skilled at helping with
  3. What makes their work Trauma- Informed and Attachment- Focused

No, ATN’s Resource Directory is open to all professionals providing trauma informed attachment focus services. Users should research and interview to choose the providers that match their needs.  We recommend interviewing providers:  Questions to Consider When Selecting an Attachment or Trauma Therapist. Please see ATN’s disclaimer for more information.

While we ask our professional members to be trauma- informed and agree in our belief statement, ATN in no way endorses any of our members.  Parents and caregivers should use this website to learn more about trauma-informed and attachment-focused care and choose the providers that best match their family’s needs.  Here’s the link to  Questions to Consider When Selecting an Attachment or Trauma Therapist.

Please see ATN’s disclaimer for more information.

The Resource Directory is new and we are adding listings daily. Please invite any service providers you know to be included.  Not all areas have trauma-informed attachment focus providers near them. You may need to expand your search geographically or consider telehealth. Continue to check back!

There are a couple troubleshooting steps that we recommend if it’s more than an issue with the speed of your internet. If you have been searching a lot, this can cache and bog down your ability to search. Some have had luck with clearing their cache, refreshing or clearing their history. Be  aware this may delete  saved in your browser such as , passwords or  favorite websites. Most browsers provide an option to clear parts of your history. Also trying a different browser can help.

All of these devices will have different search engines, screen sizes, etc. This can all affect how you can view the listings. We have tried to adjust so your experience is just as pleasant on your phone as a laptop but the directory may still appear different on different platforms.
