Janis Bozowski: Teachers: Self-Care isn’t Selfish

Teachers pour themselves into their students each and every day…until their pitchers  are empty. Then what? Join us as Janis gives practical tips of  how to practice self-care strategies that don’t always have to be waiting for summer  break or your next beach vacation — but can be (and should be) things that you make  part of your daily practice to keep yourself healthy.
