Full Registration- April 1- June 7, 2026
Late Registration (NEW)- starting June 8, 2026

The 3 parts (Academy Day, In-Person, Leadership Summit) of this In-Person Conference are bundled together as each requires purchase of an In-Person ticket.

There is no virtual component to this conference.  Our Learning Brain Exchange, being held February, 2026, was created from our original Virtual Conference.

We do not have scholarships available.

We do have group discounts.  We also offer early-bird and regular pricing which should be purchased before June when our late registration prices go into effect.

Our non-profit keeps the pricing as low as possible.  If you are a Sponsor who wishes to fund scholarships, please contact conference@attachtrauma.org.

ATN invites schools and other institutions to reach out to us regarding purchase orders (POs).

POs are not cash, nor are they considered payment.  POs will need to be pre-paid, with payment made prior to the conference.

If your institution cannot prepay on a purchase order (have full payment made, with cash/check/card) prior to the Conference, please contact us and let us know that. We can then determine whether we can accept your purchase order.

If any portion of the Conference fills to capacity, preference will be given to fully paid Purchase Orders.

The ATN Board of Directors looks for guidance from local, state, and federal authorities on all pandemic or other community health related protocols. If needed, ATN will issue/update a policy.  At this time, there are no specific vaccination or masking requirements.  Our previous In-Person conferences showed how cooperation, flexibility, and respect can lead to a safe atmosphere. ATN cannot guarantee any set policy at this time so please plan accordingly and be prepared for possible procedure announcements.

We encourage all attendees to practice good health hygiene during the event, as well as to not attend if they are feeling ill or have tested positive for any communicable disease- flu, covid.  Reach out to us to see if we can help move your ticket to someone else or give a credit to one of our other conference. Common sense and courtesy go a long way.

We also encourage all registered attendees to watch for additional information about the event and community health protocols as the conference gets closer.

ATN, responding to demand, has separated our Conferences for 2026.  They are standalone conferences.

Refund & Transfer Policy

  • Refunds: Refunds are available until May 31, 2026.

  • Transfers: After May 31, 2026, you’re welcome to:

    • Transfer your registration to a friend or colleague, OR

    • Apply your registration as a credit toward one of our future conferences.

  • Chargebacks: A chargeback is a tool intended for cases of fraud or unauthorized charges. Because our tickets are purchased directly by you, chargebacks do not apply here. If this occurs, we may require future registrations to be paid by alternative methods (such as check or ACH transfer). PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST!

We appreciate your understanding and support, and we’ll always do our best to work with you if your plans change while mitigating any financial damage to ATN.
