Bill is the Chair of the Education Law Group at Appel, Yost & Zee, LLP in Lancaster, PA. He has over 15 years of experience in school and special education law. An educator by degree and a survivor of early childhood adversity, Bill is very passionate about making schools trauma-responsive and supporting educators on this journey.
Bill has been active in several local children and youth organization including serving on the boards of Aaron’s Acres and Touchstone Foundation: Youth Mental Wellness Partners in Lancaster. He as a member of the Core Class of Leadership Lancaster in 2009 and has recently served on their Board.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, Bill, along with his wife and children, call Lancaster, PA their home.
