Michele Nigliazzo, JD is an attorney whose 25-year career has included practicing in Utah, Missouri and Texas. Upon the adoption of her fourth child, who experienced extensive trauma and neglect, Michele realized children deserve powerful representation in court. As a result, she changed her practice from intellectual property law to children’s trauma issues. As a public speaker, advocate, and attorney, Michele has successfully represented many traumatized children and their families in getting the help and resources they need. In addition to leading and creating ATN’s Court Advocacy program, Michele is currently serving as Attorney Ad Litem in Laredo, Texas. She is also a member of the TEND initiative to identify and assist sex trafficking victims in South Texas.
