Ralph Rothacker

Meet Ralph

Ralph is a recently retired life-long educator who, over his 42- year career, taught at all levels of public school.  His more than two decades as an administrator culminated in serving as Principal of St. Anne’s School in Albany, NY a private junior and senior high school for at-risk young women.  Coming out of retirement (the first time) and into St. Anne’s showed Ralph the need for trauma-informed educational practices, and he quickly set about training and leading his staff and fully transforming the school’s culture into one that focused on building relationships and resilience in the students.   Ralph is a trauma-sensitive schools trainer and author.
