Dr. Charlene Winley, Board Member

Meet Charlene

Dr. Charlene Winley is a speaker, author, CEO and founder of ReScripted Life Coaching.  Through her own experiences of sexual and mental abuse, homelessness, divorce and grief, she is passionate about helping others learn to live their lives authentically.

Charlene has a Masters in Human Development, Cognition and Learning from Columbia University, with a concentration in Clinical Psychology.  She also holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and has been a teacher in Virginia Beach, VA for the last several years.

In addition to her work with ATN, now serving as the Board’s Vice President, Charlene is also the co-founder of the Daughters of Life Corporation, a not-for-profit organization of professional women who bring hope and stability into the lives of others.  Additionally, she served her community through her work with Virginia Beach Branch NAACP.
