Handouts!

Attendees love handouts!  We love them too!

Speakers are given an opportunity to give us handouts.  If we have them, they are uploaded in the Reference Materials area of the Session.  There is also a Certificate of Attendance there.

Northwest Nazarene University will offer 1 master’s level college credit for attendance at the LIVE portion of this conference. Watching the recordings will not count

This credit is valued at up to 10 hours in continuing education.  It is up to the attendee to verify this credit is accepted with their professional organization.  The cost to register for the college credit is $60 and handled by NNU.

Attendance is taken and recorded via Zoom.  One session in each time block must be attended.

NNU Flyer

Certificates of Attendance are provided in each individual session as a PDF.  It is the attendee’s responsibility to download the COAs during the Conference.

Certificates of Attendance will be available for educators or others who need proof of attendance to give to their schools or other employers.  Certificates will be available in PDF form and will be the responsibility of the attendee to download during the conference.

These are not CEUs.  More information about CEUs can be found above.

Registrants will receive an email sent to the email address you provided, with a link inviting you into the conference platform, called the Lobby

Join links were not updated for some so if you do not get to the Lobby, email conference@attachtrauma.org

Several organizations bounced most of our emails back to us.  Please have our IT department allow list noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us

This very important email (keep this email available) will come from

 noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us “Zoom Video Communications”

  • Search your email using the following:
    • “Zoom Video Communications”
    • noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us
  • Confirm the email address you are using for Zoom is the email address you registered or were registered with.
  • Contact conference@attachtrauma.org with the email address you are using for Zoom.

Have no fear contact conference@attachtrauma.org

Zoom did not update the links so we apologize for any confusion.

ATN, responding to demand, has separated our Conferences for 2026.  They are now standalone conferences.

February 16-17, 2026 The Learning Brain Exchange (This is the FAQ for LBE.)

Formerly our CTSS Virtual Conference, this standalone conference is packed with sessions and 4 distinct tracks-

Join the newest Creating Trauma-Sensitive Schools Conference – The Learning Brain Exchange- focused on the Science of Learning. Explore what all educators need to know about students’ developing brains and how to help them get ready to learn and excel!

4 Tracks!

Reaching & Teaching Students:
Explore the Science of Learning with strategies that improve learning for all.

Brain-Based Behaviors: Look at behaviors, discipline and classroom management through a neuroscience lens.

Trauma-Responsive Leadership: Discover why Trauma-Informed leadership will guide your school with compassion and
clarity.

Connected Communities: Dive into ways to build connection with students, staff, parents, and the community at large…all for healthier brains and to enhance learning!

June 27-29, 2026 CTSS In-Person Conference
Bring your family and enjoy the water park at the Hilton Anatole.
In addition to Academy Day (Saturday), ATN is adding the Leadership Summit on Saturday plus the In-Person Conference.  Click HERE for more information.

NOTE:  The conference days have changed.  The In-Person is on a Sunday-Monday for 2026.

When you purchase a ticket through Tixtree, you should receive a response from Tixtree and either Stripe or PayPal.  All paid purchases have been added to the list that will be loaded onto our Zoom Events platform.  An email will be sent to the registered addresses between Feb 11-12.  PLEASE check your spam folders, email filters, and search for the address noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us “Zoom Video Communications”.

After years of producing these conferences, we know that school and other institutions can have very ROBUST email filters.  The majority of issues with signing on or receiving our communication is because your email filters have prevented our emails from getting to you.

How do you solve this?

  • Use an outside email that isn’t attached to your institution.  (If you decide this, you need to notify us of any changes before Monday.)
  • Ask your IT department to put the following urls on your allow list:

    postman@tixtree.com
    @attachtrauma.org
    @attachmenttraumanetwork.org
noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us “Zoom Video Communications” (most important!)

If you haven’t heard anything from us by Feb 13, first, make sure you are receiving our emails by checking with your IT department. You can reach out to conference@attachtrauma.org but if the filters are in place, you won’t hear from us.  That week will also have slower responses from us.  We also can’t do anything by phone to fix this.

  • This is an online-only, VIRTUAL event.
  • This is our former Virtual Conference with some extra enhancements.
  • The LIVE sessions will take place via the Zoom Events platform on Feb 16 and 17, 2026.
  • Recordings of the sessions will be available until April 18, 2026.
  • Attending the live sessions would be mandatory if you are interested in CEUs (please see FAQ about CEUs, must purchase ahead of conference).

This year our virtual platform is hosted by Zoom Events.  On Feb 11-12, paid attendees will be added into the Lobby portion of our event via an email that comes from “noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us”

KEEP ALL EMAILS you receive from Zoom Events.  They are your fast link into the conference.   On the day of the Conference, we will respond as soon as we can but you might miss the keynote if you have not used the link you received when you registered.

PLEASE NOTE- Any tech issues during the live portion of the Virtual conference will be taken, in order, as they come in.  Email conference@attachtrauma.org.  Phone calls will not be returned due to high volume.  We want to be able to reach as many of you as possible!

PLAN AHEAD-  Have your institution put the following on your email allow list:

postman@tixtree.com
@attachtrauma.org
@attachmenttraumanetwork.org
noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us

Email is the best and fastest way to reach us. We are unable to keep up with phone calls but we can give you detailed responses by email.  Email conference@attachtrauma.org. Thank you!

ATN invites schools and other institutions to reach out to us regarding purchase orders (POs).

For an upcoming virtual event, we need to have all purchase orders paid in full before the event. POs are not cash, nor are they considered payment.

If your institution cannot prepay on a purchase order (have full payment made, with cash/check/card) prior to the Conference, please contact us and let us know that. We can then determine whether we can accept your purchase order.

If any portion of the Conference fills to capacity, preference will be given to fully paid Purchase Orders.

UPDATE YOUR VENDOR RECORDS- Since 2021, ATN has a new address for remittances. School systems that have been involved with us since the beginning might still have our old information in their records. We cannot be responsible for payments sent to any address other than the one below. We will only receive payments sent to this address.

Payment address:

Attachment & Trauma Network, Inc.
ATTN: S. Garde
PO Box 220
Westminster, MA 01473

We will provide an INVOICE for you if needed.  Contact conference@attachtrauma.org with the following information:

  • Name of Person attending
  • Email of Person attending
  • Name and billing address of institution issuing the PO
  • Contact person name and email address

Our W9 can be found here

And, thank you!

  • Access ends April 18, 2026, 11:59PM EDT (UTC-4)
  • Sessions and Keynotes will be recorded.
  • Between session Connection Points will not be recorded.
  • Content of workshops and keynotes belong to the presenters, and no downloading or copying of these recordings are permitted.  Thank you for respecting the presenters and their work-product.
  • We have asked our presenters to provide us with their handouts.  They will be available if the presenter has sent us handouts.  If you do not see the handouts, please contact that presenter. Not all speakers are able to share their work product.

Refund & Transfer Policy

  • Refunds: Refunds are available until January 31, 2026.

  • Transfers: If you can’t attend after January 31, 2026, you’re welcome to:

    • Transfer your registration to a friend or colleague, OR

    • Apply your registration as a credit toward one of our future conferences.

  • Chargebacks: A chargeback is a tool intended for cases of fraud or unauthorized charges. Because our tickets are purchased directly by you, chargebacks do not apply here. Filing a chargeback instead of working with us is considered misuse of that process and creates significant costs for our nonprofit. If this occurs, we may require future registrations to be paid by alternative methods (such as check or ACH transfer). PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST!

We appreciate your understanding and support, and we’ll always do our best to work with you if your plans change while mitigating any financial damage to ATN.

The Learning Brain Exchange will occur virtually from February 16 to February 17, 2026. ATN is not responsible for weather, travel issues, interruptions to internet service, illness, or equipment failure.

The call is CLOSED.

We do not take unsolicited keynotes so please remove us from your mailing lists. We will not respond to unsolicited requests/emails/calls to keynote.  We appreciate your enthusiasm but only select from submitted proposals.  Thank you for your understanding.  If you wish to speak at our Conferences at no charge and your subject matter is specific to our cause, feel free to submit a proposal.  Joining our Mailing List will keep you informed when the next Call for Proposals is opened.
